Building Policies
  • LATECOMERS will be seated at a time considered to be the least disruptive.
  • CHILDREN: All persons attending an event - regardless of age - must pay the appropriate admission fee. Younger children, accustomed to early bedtimes, usually create disturbances during evening shows. Shryock Auditorium strongly recommends that you not bring children under four years of age to performances that begin after 6:00 PM. Parents will be required to remove any child whose behavior distracts from others' enjoyment of the performance.
  • CAMERAS, RECORDING DEVICES, FOOD AND BEVERAGES are not permitted in Shryock Auditorium.
  • SIGN INTERPRETER is available with ten working days advance notice.
  • LARGE PRINT PROGRAMS are available with ten working days advance notice.
  • DISABILITY SUPPORT SERVICES: For events listed in our brochure: Faner Circle, directly behind the auditorium, is reserved for vehicles with handicapped license plates or hang tags. Wheelchair access is through the north entrance. Passengers may be let off in the circle drive at Faner Hall. (See map)
